Risk-Based Pricing

What determines your sanctioned interest rate?

We apply objective underwriting parameters so borrowers with disciplined repayment histories and low debt-to-income ratios receive our lowest rate tiers.

Customer Vigilance Notice: Zero Upfront Cash Policy

Shreeyansh Edufin and its authorized officers never request advance cash, registration deposits, or upfront insurance fees prior to loan disbursal. Applicable processing fees are deducted directly from sanctioned loan proceeds at disbursement. Report any unauthorized demand immediately to grievance@shreeyanshedufin.com.

01

Credit Bureau Score

A CIBIL or Experian score of 750+ demonstrates consistent credit discipline and unlocks our lowest interest rate tier.

02

Fixed Obligation Ratio (FOIR)

Applicants whose existing monthly EMIs represent less than 35% of net monthly income qualify for preferential pricing.

03

Employer & Business Vintage

Employment with established corporates/PSUs or a stable commercial operating track record of 3+ years reduces risk premiums.

04

Repayment Tenure Selection

Shorter tenures lower total interest outgo and carry tighter base interest spreads compared to extended tenures.

05

University & Council Pedigree

Admission to premier universities or registration with statutory medical/CA councils qualifies for special scheme rates.

06

Primary Banking Conduct

Clean bank account operations with zero inward cheque or NACH returns over the past 12 months strengthen rate negotiations.

Are your interest rates fixed or floating?
Personal, business, and professional loans are primarily sanctioned on a fixed reducing-balance rate, keeping your monthly EMI constant throughout the tenure. Certain long-tenure education facilities may be offered on a benchmark-linked rate as specified in the sanction letter.
How does a reducing-balance rate differ from a flat rate?
In a flat-rate loan, interest is charged on the original principal amount for the entire tenure even as you repay. In our reducing-balance method, interest is calculated each month strictly on the remaining unpaid principal balance.
When can I make a part-prepayment to reduce my interest burden?
Part-prepayments are permitted after completing the initial lock-in period (6 EMIs for personal/professional loans, 12 EMIs for business loans, and anytime with nil charges for education loans).
Are there any charges other than those listed in the schedule above?
No. Every applicable processing, documentation, prepayment, and penal charge is disclosed in the master schedule above and reiterated in your official Sanction Letter.
